This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps eight and includes an abundance of amenities:

INDOOR

- Three private bedrooms, including one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, comfortable linens and TVs
- Pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space
- Well-equipped kitchen with Keurig combo coffee pot (can make 12-cup pot or K-cups), cookware, dinnerware, etc.
- Stainless appliances, including stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher
- Washer and dryer
- Complimentary high-speed WiFi
- Towels and Linens Provided

OUTDOOR

- Private hot tub with TV
- Fire pit with chairs and firewood
- Grill with utensils
- Outdoor dining furniture

RATES

- $300/night on weekends (Thursday-Saturday; two-night minimum)

- $250/night during the week (Sunday through Wednesday)

- $10 per person fee for parties over four (maximum occupancy = eight).

REQUIREMENTS

- Maximum occupancy = eight guests.
- Must be 25 years of age to rent (valid driver’s license is required).
- Minimum two-night stay required on weekends.
- No smoking and no pets are allowed on the property.
- If canceling within 48 hours of the reservation, a one-night stay will be charged. Any cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the stay will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
- Refund Policy: If cancelling at least five days prior to check-in, you’ll receive a full refund. If cancelling anytime four days up until check-in, a partial refund will be given.
